I have to admit, I’ve recently become addicted to podcasts. They remind me of LinkedIn Learning, except without all of the quizzes in between. There’s something about the way podcasts can draw you in, offering a mix of storytelling, expertise, and practical advice that’s hard to resist.
Podcasts have become my go-to resource for professional development, especially in the nonprofit sector. Whether I’m commuting, working out, or simply taking a break, I find myself tuning into episodes that expand my knowledge, spark new ideas, and provide practical tips I can apply directly to my work. The beauty of podcasts is that they’re incredibly accessible—you can listen anytime, anywhere, and often get insights directly from industry experts.
Recently, I stumbled upon a new podcast that focuses on curiosity, courage, authenticity, and vulnerability—key qualities that resonate deeply with nonprofit leadership. Listening to these episodes feels like having a personal coach guiding you through the challenges and opportunities of the sector. The stories and strategies shared are not only inspiring but also actionable, making it easy to see how you can implement these lessons in your own work.
Podcasts like these, along with many others I’ve discovered, have proven to be powerful tools for learning and growth.
Here are some of the shows currently on my “listening” list:

🎙 The Growth Show
🎙 Impact Boom
🎙 Classy Podcast
🎙 We Are for Good Podcast
